Teams<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Blue Crew distinguishes itself with teams. We strongly believe that deployment on an individual basis at both The Client and The Blue Crew is inefficient and ineffective. The Site manager directs the Foreman, whereafter the Foreman directs his own team.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/section>\n

\n Composition and steering <\/h2>\n
The Client and The Blue Crew B.V. shall consult (preferably with the project staff under whose control and supervision the skilled workers will be deployed) on the nature and scope of the activities, the available execution periode (schedule) and time windows. A team is proposed based on this consult.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Scaling-up and scaling-down <\/h2>\n
The Blue Crew B.V. and its partners have a large database of experienced skilled workers. In rotating compositions, the workers are familair with working on Dutch (and other International) projects, and most of the skilled workers also know each other personally.
\nThe deployment of a new team on a new project usually takes 2 to 4 weeks at most. If a team needs to be scaled up then 1 or 2 weeks is normally required to fulfill this wish, this also applies for the scaling down of a team.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Rotation of the teams <\/h2>\n
Plannend and ad hoc rotation of (members of) teams is possible, this can only affect travel time and travel costs if the projects are more than 20 kilometers apart. In case of rotation, The Blue Crew B.V. will provide the documentation required for this purpose, such as A1 forms and Posted Workers.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Manual tools and materials <\/h2>\n
All the skilled workers have their own manual tools which are their own personal property. If desired, an overview of the (minimal) tools can be provided. Other tools can be provided for a fee.
\nAll the systems, panels, components, materials, fasteners et cetera are provided by the client.<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n VCA <\/h2>\n
All partners of The Blue Crew B.V. have the VCA certificate and all skilled workers have a personal VCA certificate. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n NEN 3140-instruction <\/h2>\n
At the discretion of the client, designation is in accordance with NEN 3140 will take place. Each worker is designated from the employer (the Polish partner) with the NEN 3140 part A instruction as Sufficiently Instructed Person and from the client with the NEN 3140 part B instruction. A instruction interview takes place prior to the work. <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

\n Safety \u2013 Wi-j doet \u2019t samen <\/h2>\n
The Blue Crew B.V. and its partners do not make any concessions when it comes to safety and working safely. On the first working day of the deployment of (any of) the skilled workers, a project-specific safety briefing will be provided (and recored) to each person, during the duration of the work, safety updates will be done at the same frquency as the client. The workers willl be required to attend the toolbox- and LMRA-sessions. The communication about this will be held in the English language (sometimes in the German language) with the Foreman(s).<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Performance Delivery<\/h2>\n

The Blue Crew B.V. distinguishes itself with performance delivery<\/em><\/strong>. We believe that the client can achieve project milestones and their own business objectives only by recording, reporting, monitoring and analyzing the hours worked by the skilled workers in correlation with the materials processed.
